We are seeking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Bronx, NY (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week)
Schedule: Remote with one required onsite day weekly
Qualifications
- 1+ years of clinical experience required
- Active New York State LMSW or LCSW license
- Spanish bilingual required
- Medicaid & Medicare credentialed (required for LCSW)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health support to pediatric patients (age 6+)
- Deliver care in a hybrid setting (primarily remote with onsite collaboration)
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
