Join our team as a Facility Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility. Utilize your skills in plumbing, electrical work, and facility management in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the facility to identify any maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with outside vendors to address facility issues that require external expertise.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning areas, hanging pictures, and minor plumbing work.
- Track work orders and manage maintenance tasks using the CMMS system Maximo.
- Conduct monthly checks on facility and safety equipment, including inspecting extinguishers and alarms.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various maintenance activities.
- Perform very minor installation work with a primary focus on maintenance tasks.
- General MEP knowledge.
- Experience with volt meters.
- Basic plumbing experience.
- HVAC troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with outside vendors for facility repairs.
- Electrical and facilities maintenance knowledge.
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance.
- Experience working with a CMMS system.
- Minor plumbing and electrical experience.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Strong communication skills.

Work Environment
Work in a regulated clean room environment at a medical device manufacturing facility. The shift is from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays when needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
