Facility Grounds and Maintenance Technician

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm

Pay: $15.00 to 17.00 hour

Seeking a team member to maintain facility grounds and general maintenance duties.

Job Duties:

• Keep grounds neat and clean at all times.
• Mowing
• String Trimming
• Delivering and picking up supplies with company vehicles
• Delivering scrap to landfill
• Removing vegetation, vines and weeds
• Removing litter and debris from the grounds and fence lines
• General painting, small repairs to buildings

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License
• Good driving record
• Standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, grasping, for long periods of time.
• Previous landscaping experience -preferred
• Good attention detail
• Experience with hand and power tools and equipment
• Excellent attendance record

Equipment used:

• Mowers
• Shovels
• String Trimers
• Hedgers
• Hedge Clippers
• Power and hand tools
• Safely driving company vehicles and trucks
