Job Description
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Manage commercial property and casualty insurance accounts
Prepare and process ACORD applications and submissions
Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance and endorsement requests
Handle renewals, audits, and policy servicing activities
Review policies for accuracy and identify coverage gaps
Coordinate with underwriters and carriers on terms and renewals
Support clients with coverage questions and claims related matters
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality
Qualifications and Certifications
Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance account management experience
Experience with commercial property and casualty insurance required
Proficiency with ACORD forms and Certificates of Insurance
Active P&C insurance license required or ability to obtain quickly
Experience with agency management systems such as AMS360 or Applied Epic preferred
Commercial real estate insurance experience preferred
