Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial property and casualty insurance accounts

  • Prepare and process ACORD applications and submissions

  • Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance and endorsement requests

  • Handle renewals, audits, and policy servicing activities

  • Review policies for accuracy and identify coverage gaps

  • Coordinate with underwriters and carriers on terms and renewals

  • Support clients with coverage questions and claims related matters

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality

Qualifications and Certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance account management experience

  • Experience with commercial property and casualty insurance required

  • Proficiency with ACORD forms and Certificates of Insurance

  • Active P&C insurance license required or ability to obtain quickly

  • Experience with agency management systems such as AMS360 or Applied Epic preferred

  • Commercial real estate insurance experience preferred
