Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Job Type: Contract | Full-Time | Onsite
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr – $29.50/hr
We are currently hiring Manufacturing Operators for a leading medical and diagnostics manufacturing environment in Santa Clara, CA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with production, assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience looking to grow in a stable and fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and components following detailed work instructions.
- Perform quality inspections and ensure production accuracy.
- Operate manufacturing tools and equipment safely.
- Support inventory and material handling activities.
- Maintain productivity and meet daily production goals.
- Report production or equipment issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
