Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Enumclaw, Washington (WA) for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students’ communication development within an educational setting.

  • Schedule: 35-37.5  hours per week
  • Contract Type: W2
  • Start Date:  August 2026
  • End Date: June 2027
  • Work Arrangement: In Person
  • Compensation details will be reviewed with you before district submission

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based – Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
  • Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
  • Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
  • Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
  • Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
  • Active WA SLP License (Dept of Health)
  • Educational Staff Association Certification (ESA issued by WA OSPI)
  • School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is Required
  • Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
