Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct care to patients experiencing labor and post-labor conditions.
\n
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses during labor and delivery.
\n
• Administer medications such as blood products, insulin, and magnesium sulfate.
\n
• Assist in special procedures including cardioversion and the use of defibrillators.
\n
• Manage equipment such as epidural pumps and PCA pumps effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and float to postpartum and NICU units as needed.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license; active compact license preferred.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience required.
\n
• Certifications in BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, and ACLS preferred.
\n
• Proficiency in Epic charting system required.
\n
• Prior experience in high-risk delivery and care necessary.
\n
• Strong understanding of patient care ethics and professional standards.
\n
