Assignment Details/Requirements #110706:
--Board Certification 
--Active Michigan license or willing to obtain required
--Shifts: 7AM-3:30PM; Weeknight Call 3:30PM-7AM; Weekend Call 7AM-7AM (Saturday to Monday)
--Call can be taken from home/hotel but requires to be available within 30 minutes
--Independent CRNA model, must be able to work independently without medical direction
--4 ORs; 99% of cases are Adult
--Must be able to perform regional blocks
--Case Types: Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Endoscopy, Podiatry, and Urology
--OB experience preferred
--Will be required to go to other location that is primarily endo cases
