Assignment Details/Requirements #110706:
\n --Board Certification 
\n --Active Michigan license or willing to obtain required
\n --Shifts: 7AM-3:30PM; Weeknight Call 3:30PM-7AM; Weekend Call 7AM-7AM (Saturday to Monday)
\n --Call can be taken from home/hotel but requires to be available within 30 minutes
\n --Independent CRNA model, must be able to work independently without medical direction
\n --4 ORs; 99% of cases are Adult
\n --Must be able to perform regional blocks
\n --Case Types: Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Endoscopy, Podiatry, and Urology
\n --OB experience preferred
\n --Will be required to go to other location that is primarily endo cases
