Travel Inpatient Rehabilitation RN | Herrin, IL | Days | 13 Weeks

\n 📍 Location: Herrin, Illinois
\n 🩺 Specialty: Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN)
\n 📆 Contract Length: 13 Weeks
\n 🕒 Shift: Days
\n ⏱ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

\n Join the Inpatient Rehabilitation team, where you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adults recovering from neurological, orthopedic, and medical conditions. This unit functions similarly to a Medical-Surgical floor, with a high neuro and stroke patient population.

\n Requirements
\n Active Illinois RN License
\n Minimum 3 years of RN experience
\n Current BLS (AHA)
\n Inpatient Rehab, Med-Surg, or Neuro experience preferred
\n Stroke certification is a plus (not required)
\n Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
\n Responsibilities:
\n Assess patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs
\n Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
\n Provide direct nursing care and patient education
\n Monitor patient condition and promptly communicate changes
\n Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
\n Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
\n Support rehabilitation goals while promoting patient safety and recovery
\n Participate in quality improvement and continuing education activities
\n Assignment Details:
\n 13-week travel assignment
\n Day shift
\n 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n No holiday requirement
\n W-2 only (1099 not accepted)
\n Required Certifications:
\n Active Illinois RN License
\n BLS (AHA)
