• Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour.

• Maintain production speed while ensuring every finished product meets company quality standards.

• Reliability: You are punctual and ready to work every day (this is our #1 requirement).

• Technical Skills: Ability to read a tape measure (down to 1/16") and perform basic shop math.

• Experience: We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.

• Attitude: A positive, coachable attitude and a commitment to quality.
