Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care - Finger Lakes Region, NY

Job Title: LPN – Long Term Care
Location: Finger Lakes Region, New York

Position: 13-week contract
Schedule: Full-time Nights, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Hours: 5x8hr shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Dates: 06/09/2026 – 09/12/2026
Requirements:

• Previous Long Term Care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced LTC setting
• Strong medication administration and patient care skills
• Flexible with weekend and holiday scheduling

Certifications:

• Active LPN license required
• BLS required

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to long term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
• Complete accurate charting and documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team
• Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of care
