Surgical Technician - Hospital - Concord, MA

Job Title: Surgical Technician (Allied)
Location: Concord, Massachusetts

Position: 13-week contract
Schedule: 4x10hr Day shifts (10:00 AM start)
Hours: 40 guaranteed weekly hours
Start/End Date: 05/26/2026 – 08/22/2026
Radius: 50-mile radius

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of Operating Room experience required
• Travel experience required
• Strong OR surgical tech experience in acute care setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

Certifications:

• BLS required
• NBSTSA certification required

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical team in Operating Room procedures
• Prepare operating room and maintain sterile field
• Support surgeons and OR staff during procedures
• Ensure proper handling and setup of surgical instruments and equipment
• Follow hospital protocols for patient safety and surgical workflow
• Participate in rotating call schedule as assigned by unit needs
