We are hiring immediately with limited openings available.

What we Offer:

• $20.00 per hour base pay
• Up to $5.36 per hour in employer-paid benefits - total compensation up to $25.36 per hour
• $1,000 signing bonus
• 14 days off per month (includes two 4-day weekends)
• Overtime and overnight pay available
• Paid training — no experience required

Health Benefit Option:

What you’ll do:

• Supervise and monitor residents in a structured facility
• Maintain safety, accountability, and daily operations
• Track movement and conduct routine checks
• Assist with transportation and facility operations

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts
