Job Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with phone purchases, upgrades, bill payments, and account questions
• Promote and sell phone accessories, insurance, and Auto Top-Up (ATU) services
• Meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Keep store clean, organized, and stocked
• Complete daily checklists and inventory tasks
• Open and close store on time
• Help customers transfer data and set up devices
