Job Description

Manufacturing Process Technician

Temp to Hire

$27/hr

Sunday - Thursday, 10:30pm-7:00am

Dublin, OH (onsite)

Take the next step in your manufacturing career! We’re hiring a Process Technician in Dublin, Ohio to play a key role in injection molding operations.

What you’ll be doing:

Set up, clean, and maintain plastic injection molds
Monitor production for quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed
Complete accurate production documentation
Support lean/continuous improvement efforts
Train and mentor other technicians

Who we’re looking for:

3+ years of injection molding/manufacturing experience preferred (or certification in lieu of experience)
Strong knowledge of plastics processing and molding defects
Experience with robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, or hot runner controls a plus
Able to read mechanical/mold drawings
Team-oriented, detail-driven, and safety-focused
High School Diploma required; must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing or sitting for long periods
