  • Create exceptional member experiences by resolving issues and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service
  • Encourage a strong team that aligns with our culture and mission
  • Stay connected to your community by networking and building partnerships that grow our presence and impact
  • Keep operations running smoothly while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Roll up your sleeves when needed including supporting lending activities like consumer and mortgage loans
What does success look like in this role?

You’re someone who:

  • Inspires others and leads with confidence
  • Balances people leadership with business performance
  • Makes thoughtful decisions--even under pressure
  • Builds strong relationships with both team members and the community
  • Keeps integrity and accountability at the center of everything
What do you bring to the table?
  • At least 1 year of management experience (financial services or sales leadership preferred)
  • 2+ years of proven relationship-building success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach, develop, and hold others accountable
  • A problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
  • Experience working in a goal-driven environment
  • Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance
  • Community involvement or experience building local partnerships
