• Operate concrete grinding and polishing machinery to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, etching, and repairing as necessary.
• Select appropriate grinding pads and techniques based on concrete type.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Collaborate with team members, effectively communicating on project progress.
• Perform quality control checks to meet project specifications.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in concrete grinding and polishing.
• Strong technical skills with concrete finishing equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor and lift heavy materials.
