Warehouse Associates – Multiple Openings | 1st & 2nd Shift | Fairfield & Mason, OH

Temp-to-Hire | Immediate Start Available

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for multiple openings across our client's Fairfield and Mason, OH distribution facilities. Whether you're experienced on a forklift or looking to break into warehouse work, we have a role for you — with a clear path to permanent placement.

Open Positions Include:

Voice Pickers
Cherry Pickers
Speed Pickers
Sit-Down Battery-Operated Forklift Operators
Put Away / Turret Truck Operators
Pallet Prep Associates
Shippers

Shifts Available: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Locations: Fairfield, OH and Mason, OH

What You'll Do:

Depending on the role you're placed in, you may be picking and packing customer orders using voice-directed technology, operating powered industrial trucks (cherry picker, sit-down forklift, turret truck), preparing pallets for shipment, loading trailers, or staging product for outbound shipping. All roles support a fast-paced distribution environment with daily production goals.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of your shift
Comfort working in a warehouse environment (varying temperatures, noise)
Prior warehouse or forklift experience is a plus, but not required for all roles
Forklift-certified candidates are encouraged to apply for equipment operator positions
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
