Position Summary
The Production Support Technician plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations within a concrete manufacturing facility. This position focuses on maintaining efficient production flow by handling materials, preparing work areas, and assisting production teams. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas, including floors, equipment, and workstations
• Transport, stack, and organize concrete materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Support production staff and machine operators to ensure smooth workflow
• Safely load and unload raw materials and finished goods using manual handling or equipment
• Remove debris, scrap materials, and waste to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Assist in the preparation of molds, forms, and materials used in concrete production processes
• Inspect finished products for visible defects and promptly report any issues
• Follow all safety protocols and consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items (50+ lbs. on a regular basis)
• Capable of extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
• Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to perform duties in varying temperatures and environmental conditions

Qualifications
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments preferred
• Concrete or construction-related experience is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks consistently
