We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician who is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care while working in a supportive and efficient clinical environment.
This role is ideal for a physician who values both meaningful patient relationships and clinical productivity. Our established patient base allows providers to step into a full schedule immediately, while our team-based environment ensures you are supported in delivering high-quality care.
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine physical exams, preventative care, and minor procedures
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Review and interpret lab results and diagnostic tests
- Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
- Adhere to all clinic policies, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active (or eligible) Texas medical license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy clinical setting
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
We offer a compensation model that reflects both the impact of your work and the efficiency of our clinic environment.
- Base salary with monthly production bonus
- Total compensation typically ranging from $280,000 to $320,000+ annually, depending on productivity
- Established patient volume averaging approximately 30 patients per day, allowing for consistent earning potential
Schedule and Work-Life Balance:
- Monday through Friday schedule
- No weekend hours
- Rotating Fridays off among providers, creating regular extended weekends
