Take care of the WHOLE person, that’s what we do at Total Primary Care. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Therapist (LCSW, LPC) to join our team. You’ll work side-by-side with our providers to provide behavioral health support to our patients in a collaborative and caring environment.

What You’ll Do
Partner with primary care providers to identify and support patients’ behavioral health needs.
Provide therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
Develop treatment plans that promote overall wellness and health behavior change.
Document and communicate effectively

Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
Current state license (LCSW, LPC)
Experience in primary care a plus.
