About the Role:
Join Serenity Home Health Service LLC as a Personal Care Provider, where you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Commerce City, CO as well as the surrounding Metropolitan Denver area. We are dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel valued and supported every day.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs to attend appointments or social activities.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to create personalized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in personal care or home health preferred.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably in home health or assisted living settings.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
