About the Role:
Join LEV MONITORING SOLUTIONS INC as a Customer Care Specialist in our Northbrook location. In this pivotal role, you will connect patients with essential healthcare services, ensuring a seamless experience while representing a company dedicated to innovative monitoring solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up consultations to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients on monitoring services and equipment usage for optimal health outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance patient care processes and service delivery.
- Conduct outreach initiatives to engage and inform potential patients about services offered.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve patient experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in patient care or healthcare liaison roles; Cardiology is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships.
- Knowledge of Cardiology and patient care needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and patient management systems.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in patient welfare.
- Relevant certifications in healthcare
