Warehouse Worker

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly by shipping out customer orders, unloading inbound containers, receiving and verifying inventory, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe. Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and ship outgoing packages accurately and on schedule
• Unload inbound trucks and shipping containers using pallet jacks, forklifts, or by hand
• Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders, and report any shortages or damage
• Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labeling and rotation
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by sweeping, breaking down boxes, and properly disposing of debris
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts) safely and according to company policy
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates about stock levels, damaged goods, and shipping issues
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and equipment use

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience is a plus but not required — we're willing to train the right person
• Able to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Comfortable using handheld scanners, basic computer systems, or inventory management software
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift, and occasionally up to 75 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing for the duration of the shift
• Able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures (heat in summer, cold in winter)
• Forklift certification a plus — we will train and certify qualified candidates
