Warehouse Returns Processor Schedule: M 10am-6:30pm | T-F 10am-5:30pm Pay Rate: $21

Key Responsibilities

●Process returns for a diverse range of product types.

● Verify the RMA matches the product returned.

● Quality inspect items to make sure they are in pristine condition for resale.

● Restoration tasks can include: cleaning, steaming, re-packaging and re-labeling.

● Maintain a high-efficiency pace to consistently meet or exceed the daily processing goal of 100+ items.

● Communicate with Account Managers to report damaged returns. This includes detailed documentation and uploading photos.

● Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process the RMA and restock the item.

Qualifications

● Prior returns experience is required.

● Ability to walk and stand for the duration of shift.

●Capacity to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

● Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the day.
