DME Coordinator

You will assist Account Manager in servicing the clinic and patients.

Employee/Contractor duties will include but not limited to:

• Fitting patients with products prescribed by providers
• Collecting necessary documentation and paperwork for billing DME claims
• Working with Medicare and Commercial Insurance to get insurance authorizations
• Coordinating with billing entity to ensure claims are billed correctly and timely
• Conducting mock audits to ensure accurate documentation and claims that would withstand payor audits
• Preparing monthly reports to be sent to management for status of DME program including totals for revenue billed/collected etc.
• Conducting patient satisfaction surveys
• Claim denial management
• Revenue cycle management
• Ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Working with providers to coordinate and maintain protocols for services and devices
