Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work across residential or facility units. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, etc.)
• Handle basic carpentry tasks (door adjustments, minor repairs, installations)
• Assist with low-voltage electrical work (outlets, switches, basic troubleshooting)
• Complete general household repairs and maintenance requests
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Use tablets, email, or maintenance systems to receive and update electronic work orders
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work
• Communicate effectively with management, tenants, and team members regarding job status and repairs
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards

Qualifications:

• Prior maintenance or handyman experience required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and low-voltage electrical work
• Comfortable using technology (tablet/email/work order systems)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
