Multicraft Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Clarksville, Tennessee

Pay: $29.85–$34.25/hr to start (with shift premium, benefits & 401K with match)
Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 rotating

We are hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians with strong mechanical AND electrical troubleshooting skills. This role supports a highly automated production facility using Siemens PLCs, VFDs, AGVs, robotics, and advanced industrial controls.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Work with PLCs (Siemens), automation systems, AGVs, VFDs, motors, sensors
• Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform welding/fabrication as needed
• Maintain accurate CMMS documentation
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 1+ year industrial maintenance experience
• Multi-craft skillset (mechanical + electrical)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in warm manufacturing environments and lift 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED
