National Livescan Fingerprinting -Delray Beach office is looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team.

No fingerprinting experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and answer phone calls
• Process fingerprinting and background screening requests
• Handle basic administrative and office tasks
• Maintain accurate client records and data entry
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Assist with daily office operations

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
