Outbound Call Center Telemarketer

Global Electronic Services, Inc., an industry leader in industrial electronic, servo motor, hydraulic, and motor repair for over 25 years, is seeking highly motivated and energetic Outbound Call Center Telemarketers to join our growing team.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume outbound calling position focused on heavy phone activity, lead generation, customer outreach, and asking for the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

This role requires a minimum of 80 outbound phone calls per day, and daily KPIs must consistently be met. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to stay focused and productive throughout the workday.

In addition to an hourly base pay, this position offers a very competitive commission and bonus structure for high-performing individuals. Motivated team members who consistently hit performance goals have strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day
• Conduct outbound prospecting and customer follow-up calls
• Generate leads and identify sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking within company systems
• Meet and exceed daily KPI and performance expectations
• Maintain strong phone activity and productivity throughout the day
• Professionally communicate with customers and prospects
• Work closely with management and sales teams to support company goals
• Follow call scripts, processes, and company procedures when required
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous outbound call center, telemarketing or inside sales experience
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound phone calls daily
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attendance and punctuality required
