Job Description

Located in a travel center in Hubbard Ohio, the Globe Restaurant is seeking a friendly and attentive Wait Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are correct.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Prepare checks and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Server or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate would be available for weekdays, weekends and holiday shifts as needed.
