• Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm
• 15 - 20 patients per day
• Skilled nursing facility
• 2 - 3 sites all within 25 minutes of each other
• Wound care debridement required
• Adult and predominantly geriatric patients
• General family medicine care and acute/chronic conditions
