Forklift Operator (Turret & Cherry Picker)

We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. Candidates must have recent hands-on experience operating both Turret Truck and Cherry Picker forklifts. Safety, accuracy, and productivity are essential in this role.

A valid Forklift Certification is REQUIRED.

Schedule

M - F, 7 AM - 4 PM, including overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay: $19/ Hr

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Swing Reach/Turret Truck forklifts safely and efficiently
• Operate Cherry Picker forklifts at elevated heights
• Pull, stage, move, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
• Accurately pick and scan orders using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Load and unload materials while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• MUST have recent experience operating both Swing Reach and Cherry Picker forklifts
• Valid Forklift Certification REQUIRED
• Minimum 1–2 years of forklift operating experience preferred
• Experience working in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
• Comfortable working at elevated heights
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
