Driver Warehouse Worker

Position Overview

Allen Rubber Co. Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our wholesale tire distribution team. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading tires, pulling and preparing customer orders, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

This role may also require occasional medium-duty truck driving to support deliveries and warehouse operations.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires from delivery trucks and trailers
• Accurately pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed
• Operate a medium-duty truck for deliveries as needed
• Assist with general warehouse and delivery duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (required)
• Current DOT medical card (required)
• Ability to operate a medium-duty truck safely and responsibly
• Ability to lift and move tires consistently throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order pulling
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
