Essential Functions
- Operate Forklift/Reach truck to safely transport pallets of finished product
- Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload pallets of product from trucks using moving equipment
- Complete shipping paperwork
- Stock pallets of product in the warehouse
- Rotate all items (FIFO – First In First Out); Oldest to newest for proper inventory management
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure food quality and safety as well as employee safety
- Clean and maintain warehouse
- Other duties as assigned
- Occasionally back fill for Receiving/Warehouse forklift driver
- Any other activities as directed by a supervisor and/or manager
Qualifications
- 2-3 years shipping experience
- 2-3 years working with a computerized picking system
- Must be able to drive both a sit-down forklift and stand-up Reach truck
- Requires close attention to detail when completing shipping paperwork
