Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $26 - $26 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Residential Driver:
- Safely operate residential collection vehicles (rear-load, side-load, or similar equipment)
- Complete assigned residential routes efficiently and on schedule
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of materials at designated facilities
- Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate service and route documentation
- Interact professionally with residents, dispatch, and supervisors
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum of 5 years of driving record
- At least 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record that meets company and DOT standards
- Ability to safely operate large vehicles in residential neighborhoods
- Local routes — home daily
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
