Our growth-minded client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Accounting Team. This position will be involved with a variety of AP functions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Data entry, posting, coding, reconciling, reviewing/processing credit card transactions & expense reports, special projects, and various other duties will be the focus of this job.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of AP experience
- Outstanding Computer skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly, independently, and with confidence
