Roll-Off Driver

The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for safely delivering, picking up, and transporting roll-off containers to support Mazza Recycling’s waste and recycling operations. This role ensures compliance with DOT and company safety standards while providing reliable service across assigned routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies
• Deliver, pick up, and place roll-off containers following safety procedures
• Complete electronic driver logs and required regulatory documentation accurately
• Perform pre‐trip and post‐trip inspections
• Report vehicle issues, safety concerns, or incidents to Operations
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures

Qualifications

• Valid CDL‐B license
• Current DOT medical certificate
• FMCSA Clearinghouse compliant
• Clean driving record and successful drug & alcohol screening
• Roll-off truck experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends as needed
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
