Ez Way Carriers LLC is hiring full-time, motivated Class A CDL Short Haul Drivers to join our Amazon Freight Partner program. We are a local, family-owned business that offers the stability, equipment, and benefits of a large carrier.

We haul 100% Amazon freight and are making on-the-spot job offers, contingent upon meeting eligibility and background check requirements.

1. Haul 100% no-touch Amazon freight
2. Operate new Amazon-branded equipment, including modern sleeper cabs
3. Run round-trip routes on 36-hour shifts(13-hour drive → 10-hour break → 13-hour drive)
4. Work a 4 days on / 4 days off schedule
5. Sleep in the truck only 2 nights per 8-day cycle
6. Play a key role in Amazon’s on-time delivery commitment

1. Starting at $24.00/hour

1. Minimum 21 years of age
2. Valid Class A CDL
3. DOT Medical Card (current)
4. 1 year of commercial driving experience (preferred)
5. Clean MVR, DAC, and PSP
6. No current CDL suspension or revocation
7. No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests in the last 5 years
8. Ability to speak, read, and write English
9. Comfortable using ELD, GPS, and mobile applications
10. Triple/Doubles endorsement (preferred)

1. Follow all DOT & FMCSA regulations
2. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
3. Report any defects, incidents, or violations
4. Maintain clean and safe equipment
5. Refuel and secure the tractor after each shift
6. Meet all delivery schedules safely and efficiently

1. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
2. Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
