Local CDL A Shuttle Truck Driver Doubles

Job Requirements:Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of CDL A experience in the past 3 years.

•Doubles endorsement required, Doubles experience is required.

•Drive automatic day cab with double pup 28'ft dry van semi-trailer.

•Hazmat preferred. Must be willing to obtain upon hire.

•Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical

•Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with air brakes endorsement.

•Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses

•Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors

•Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

•Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English

•Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance

Job Description:Responsibilities

•Home Daily; no overnights.

•Drive day cab with double 28'ft pup dry van trailers to specific route destinations.

•No touch; drop & hook and/or shuttle work only.

•Provide excellent customer service.

•Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.

•Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.Wage Range: $1538.00 per week - $1538.00 per week Weekly USDGeneral Description of Benefits: Benefits - Eligibility after 30 days of employment.
