Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team and provide exceptional respiratory care to patients in a dynamic clinical environment.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)

We also have additional Respiratory Therapist openings available across multiple locations in Florida, including Gainesville, Ocala, Sanford, Kissimmee, Oviedo, Miami, Tallahassee, and Fort Pierce, for candidates open to exploring other areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation
• Administer routine and advanced respiratory therapy treatments for patients of all age groups
• Accurately document treatments and maintain department/hospital records
• Work independently and efficiently in the absence of the Team Leader
• Ensure high-quality patient care while following hospital protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience required
• Completion of a Vocational/Technical program or AMA-approved Associate Degree in Respiratory Care
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Current Florida State License as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)

Compensation & Incentives

• Night Shift Differential: $4.50/hr
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
