CDL A Truck Driver

Position Overview:

As a CDL Class A Driver at J&K Express LLC, you will play a crucial role in our mission to exceed customer expectations. We are seeking individuals who are not only skilled behind the wheel but also dedicated to maintaining the highest safety standards both on and off the road.

Pay:

1. $23-$24 an hour + OT or $1600 a week

What you’ll do:

1. Haul Amazon loads (primarily no touch freight) using sleeper cabs equipped with state of the art technology
2. Service round-trip routes on 65 hour shifts (13 hour run-10 hour break-13 hour run, etc), home for 2 consecutive days after your work week is over.
3. Play an important and respected role in keeping Amazon’s commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver packages on time and at the right place.
4. Execute safe, on-time deliveries between Amazon facilities
5. Maintain compliance with DOT, Amazon, and company safety standards
6. Utilize electronic logging devices (ELD) and Amazon technology

What you’ll need:

1. Must be at least 21 years old
2. Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
3. Must successfully Pass DOT Physical
4. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
5. No current CDL suspension or revocation
6. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report
7. Successfully pass a background check
8. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
9. Must be able to use handheld technology and Iphone applications
