Logistics Operations Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to support daily import and freight forwarding operations. This role focuses on coordinating shipments, working with carriers, and ensuring smooth, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage import shipments (ocean, air, trucking) from start to finish
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors
• Provide freight pricing and quotes
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations
• Maintain and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support reporting and general logistics operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Experience with import operations (air/ocean preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Korean bilingual (highly preferred, not required)
• Experience with WMS or logistics systems
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
