Shipping Specialist

Job Title: Shipping Specialist (potential to become a lead)

Hours: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $16/hour

Job Summary:
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Shipping Associate for a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. This position requires someone who is comfortable with hands-on warehouse work, including loading and unloading trailers, moving materials, and supporting shipping operations. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong shipping documentation and computer skills who has the potential to grow into a lead role as the team expands.

Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience with shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing slips, and related paperwork
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn warehouse/shipping software
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the desire to grow into a lead position
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a background check (no probation or parole restrictions)
