Minimum Requirements:

• Occupational Therapist License for CA or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this Rehabilitation work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: BLS, CA license
• Equipment/Procedures: Cerner, Epic
• Experience: 1 year
