What We’re Looking For:

Someone who can:

• Make thoughtful, high-quality drinks and food - consistently
• Maintain a clean, calm, and efficient workspace, even when it’s busy
• Create genuine, friendly connections with every guest
• Take pride in being part of a team and supporting the shop’s daily flow
• Use a POS system accurately and follow cash handling procedures
• Show up on time, contribute positive energy, and enjoy learning

Position Details:

• Part-Time (25–30 hours/week)
• Must have full weekend availability
• Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, scheduled within our business hours of 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM Mon-Sat,  6:30 AM – 2:30 PM Sundays
• Location: Pic Coffee Roasters – Weatherford (76086)

Preferred (but not required):

• Prior barista or café experience
• Strong background in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
