Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
\n
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to treat patients.
\n
• Adapt to quickly changing patient conditions and environments.
\n
• Document patient care interventions and progress accurately.
\n
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience.
\n
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
\n
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
\n
