Job Summary:
Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services, medication verification, dispensing, and medication therapy management in a Critical Access Hospital setting. The pharmacist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Qualifications:

- Active Oregon Pharmacist License (or pending prior to start) \t
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience required \t
- Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred \t
- Epic experience preferred \t
- Experience with Pyxis and hazardous drug handling preferred

- Review and verify medication orders \t
- Dispense medications and monitor drug therapy \t
- Provide clinical support and medication recommendations \t
- Ensure medication safety and regulatory compliance \t
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
