Civil Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense and premises liability cases
  

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
  

• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations
  

• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal team members
  

• Maintain accurate case files and meet litigation deadlines
  

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  

• Active license and in good standing with the state bar
  

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience
  

• Experience in insurance defense and premises liability preferred
  

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $115,000–$130,000 depending on experience
