Reporting & Visualization + Create clear, actionable visualizations and presentations that translate insights into business actions. + Develop, own, and maintain recurring dashboards, reports, and analytic processes. Project Leadership & Strategy + Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and analytical needs. + Translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches and lead projects through completion. + Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can improve business outcomes. + Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed. Knowledge Sharing + Promote best practices and continuous improvement in analytics tools and methodologies. + Document processes and share learnings across the team. + Serve as a subject matter expert within the analytics organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration + Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience Design (CXD), Engineering, and Finance partners to deliver integrated insights. + Participate in cross-divisional data initiatives and support resolution of data and operational challenges. Communication & Presentation Excellence + Deliver clear and timely updates to stakeholders. + Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate analysis insights and recommendations to stakeholder audiences. Qualifications + Minimum of five years related work experience. + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
